We’re opening doors to healthcare careers award-winning program that introduces high school and college students to careers in home-based care through mentorship, education, and hands-on learning, helping prepare the next generation of compassionate healthcare professionals.
Many students want to make a difference but have not been exposed to the vast opportunities in home-based care.
Pathways to Care Careers introduces students to meaningful healthcare professions through school partnerships, mentorship, and hands-on learning, helping them explore career opportunities while building practical skills and a deeper understanding of compassionate care.
Participants gain exposure to healthcare careers through a combination of education, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities.
Students explore hospice and palliative care through mentorship, job shadowing, internships, scholarships, classroom learning, and career exposure. These experiences build practical skills, expand career awareness, and help students discover meaningful paths in healthcare.
Schools, educators, healthcare organizations, and community partners help introduce students to meaningful healthcare careers. Together, we strengthen workforce pipelines, expand access to career opportunities, and prepare the next generation of compassionate professionals.
